Workless on Holiday????

One of my favorite destination is Thailand because of the nice places and the kind of living- simple living, everything is cheap and accessible.
I heard that most singers and band players in most of the hotels there are noypi's so I didn't hesitate to check it out.
I was not disappointed to meet a duo, a pianist and his singer. The show went wild after 10 pm, everybody has gone wild, starting from the tune of fame to santana's sex bomb. At midnight the duo was totaly exhausted but happ since their guest are satisfied with what they just did.
I talked to them after their gig and they entertained me for a round of drinks( free courtesy of them). I was told that they were singing in that hotel for 6 years but it changed management so this December they are workless.
For 6 years - I thought they'll packed their instrument and hang it but to my surprise they are not going back home yet. They still have hope in singing in other hotels since according to them, they have a family to support in the PI.
